How long does processing take before my order ships?
All orders require 7-9 business days for crafting. Production begins only after payment confirmation. Once ready, take about 3-5 business days for domestic shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country, which are the customer’s responsibility. Contact customer support for details.
Can I modify my order once it’s been placed?
Orders can be canceled or refunded within one hour of purchase. After that, while we can update personal details (like your shipping address), we can’t change product details like size or added items. Hit us up ASAP if something changes.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Email us or contact support immediately with your order number and updated address.

Contact us within 3 days with photos of the issue. We’ll replace it or refund you immediately.
Is there a warranty on my jewelry?
Yep—enjoy a 24-month warranty from purchase, plus lifetime repair services for a small fee beyond that. Our warranty covers manufacturing faults (not accidental damage or misuse), and we stand by our craftsmanship.
What happens if my piece needs repair?
We’re here for you. All our pieces come with a standard warranty, and we offer repair and refurbishment services (some for a fee after the warranty period). If something goes wrong, simply contact our support team to get the process started.
