● Production: Require 7-9 business days for crafting. Production begins only after payment confirmation.

● Shipping: Orders take about 3-5 business days for domestic shipping.

● Order Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent post-payment. Review details carefully and contact us within 24 hours for corrections.

● Accepted Methods: Online card payments only (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

● Pre-Booking Discounts:

○ A non-refundable deposit secures discounted pricing.

○ Full payment must be completed before dispatch.

● Declined Payments: Orders will be canceled if payment fails; you’ll be notified via email.

● Delivery Timeline:
